Our Student Leadership

At MGHS, student leadership is essential. The institution is known for turning out exceptional leaders who have achieved success at the national levels. The school's guiding principle is to create well-rounded individuals and foster leadership in all of its students.

The student leadership structure is hierarchical, with the School Captain occupying the highest positions. Students compete for these highly sought-after and competitive positions through a demanding procedure that includes written exams, interviews, and leadership assessments. The School Captain is chosen to be the guardian of the school's mission and ideals.

Other Prefects, who report to the School Captain, are in charge of preserving school order and discipline. These prefects are chosen based on their outstanding conduct, academic performance, and leadership abilities. The prefects are spread throughout various departments, including academics, extracurricular activities, health, and cleanliness. They are led by the senior prefect, who serves as a link between students and the school administration.
